“Perfect in every way. Shane and his team create outstanding meals and prepare and present them with world-class service. Our large group (15 kids under age 15 and 16 adults) enjoyed two meal servings each night of our vacation: Kids first with food they love while adults enjoy ridiculously good appetizers, then once the kids were cleared out of the scene, the adults were treated to phenomenal meals with style. All likes/dislikes and vegetarian preferences were handled with ease, and Shane and his team are a delight to have in the home. Quiet and hard-at-work in the kitchen and dining room, yet charming and fun to chat with and learn food prep from at the same time. Working with Shane in advance of the trip, we planned out a menu sure to delight everyone, and yet remain within our budget. We enjoyed roasted pork loin with herbed fingerling potatoes, glazed petite carrots, Bordelaise demi-glace and horseradish crema (that we literally licked clean off the plate)… the most amazing warm mushroom strudel, a beet salad with toasted walnuts, gorgonzola and white balsamic vinaigrette, followed by 11-spice roasted organic chickens and wild mushroom and herb risotto… a spinach/artichoke dip with REAL spinach (not frozen) followed by homemade lasagna and roasted root vegetables. Salads and desserts were not afterthoughts – delicious all around.
This was our second year using Premier Chef Services on our large group vacation, and we look forward to many more in the future. I highly, highly recommend Shane and his team for fantastic food, world-class service, and a friendly partner to plan and execute meals with.”
